Candidate Experience

Candidate experience refers to the overall perception a job seeker forms of an employer based on every interaction throughout the recruitment process, from the initial job posting to the final hiring decision. It encompasses how easy it is to apply, how responsive the recruiting team is, and how respectful the process feels at every stage.

A positive candidate experience strengthens employer brand and increases the likelihood that top candidates will accept offers (Offer Acceptance Rate) and recommend the company to others. Even candidates who are not selected can become brand advocates or future applicants (Passive Candidate) if they are treated with transparency and respect throughout the process.
