Fair-Use Policy
Enhanced Onboarding Fair-Use
Customer’s permitted utilization of the Enhanced Onboarding service is subject to a maximum fair-use consumption cap determined by the Employee Size Matrix set forth below. In the event Customer’s monthly aggregate usage of Enhanced Onboarding exceeds the cap within any calendar month, Hireology reserves the right to assess, and Customer agrees to pay, overage fees for all excess utilization at the then-current standard overage rates.
