The day runs as a mix of presentation and breakout conversation, split across a dedicated main session area and a separate breakout space on the same floor. Expect a state-of-the-market opening, a look at what’s shipping next on the Hireology product roadmap (including new AI-driven interview and screening tools), and a session on using Predictive Index data to make sharper hiring decisions, each paired with small-group discussion time. Lunch is served on-site.

The Hand & The Eye – an intimate magic venue inside the historic McCormick Mansion in downtown Chicago, a short walk or five-minute rideshare from Hireology’s office.
There’s no stage. Twenty to thirty magicians work the room across multiple spaces, so the evening plays out as a series of close-up encounters rather than a show you watch from a seat. Paired with a curated dinner, it’s a deliberate break from the workday: no screens, no agenda, just space for the kind of conversation that builds real relationships with the peers in the room.
Please note: The Hand & The Eye has a strict dress policy including no-open toed shoes, no gym shoes, and no jeans. Please dress business casual if attending this event.

Travel Accomodations
For those of you travelling from outside the Chicagoland area, Hireology covers travel, including flights, gas, and hotel, for the evening of September 29th, so getting to Chicago isn’t a budget conversation on your end. Save your receipts and submit them after the event; flights must be booked in standard economy to qualify for reimbursement. If you are traveling from a great distance and cannot book a flight to arrive for the 11am start time, please reach out to your CSM to arrange additional accommodations.
If you are traveling in from outside of Chicago and will be requiring a hotel room, your accommodations will be at the StayPinepple, a quick walk from the Hireology office.
