Kevin Baumgart

VP of Business Development

As Hireology’s VP of Business Development, Kevin’s focus is to drive awareness of Hireology through partner and channel relationships.


While working with Hireology’s retail automotive clients and partners his main goal is to improve the people side of the dealership.  Kevin was employee #3 at Hireology and has bled green ever since. Kevin has spent his entire 15-year career in sales and sales management for entrepreneurial and start-up companies.  He is passionate about sales and helping organizations build inside sales machines.  He volunteers countless hours mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs on sales strategies. Being a collegiate athlete, competition flows through him.  Kevin is an ambivert, with a self-diagnosed case of ADD, that knows one approach to life – jumping in with both feet. 


Kevin resides in Milwaukee with his wife and daughter.  Outside of Hireology you can find him in an airport near you, on a Harley, or surfing on Lake Michigan.  Kevin’s first car was a 1984 Dodge Aires.
