Julie_Rodgers_November_2015_SQUARE.jpgFilm has the Oscars, Theater has the Tonys, and in Chicago tech we have the Moxies. Last night were the 5th Annual Moxie Awards with hundreds of attendees representing the best of the tech industry in Chicago. There were over 7,000 nominations for awards and Hireology's own General Manager, Julie Rodgers, was named a finalist for the Woman in Tech award. We could not be any prouder to see her recognized as a leader in the Chicago technology community.

Julie is an exceptional manager, she has the rare ability to set a high bar for her team while at the same time meeting them where they are to help them realize their potential and exceed their goals. She is intolerant of mediocrity in a way that is delightful to be around and her open and honest style creates a safe space to fail forward.

We’re running an exponential growth startup and Julie is an invaluable partner. She is a savvy operator and unrivaled in her ability to both speak and seek truth. Julie has helped everyone at Hireology build a better business and exceed targets without sacrificing her family life. She is a passionate advocate for work/life/family balance and diversity in tech, a passion we share at Hireology.

We offer unlimited paid time off, paid parental leave, work from home and remote employment opportunities because we want our employees to live their fullest lives outside of work. This vision is one we work to share with our customers: create a company culture that makes the workplace a positive environment, and you will succeed.

Julie practices this vision every day and we’re thrilled she’s on our team.

Congratulations, Julie!
