Kicking Off Digital Dealer 20 & Hiring in the Automotive Industry

Posted by James Patrick Kahler on January 19, 2016

DigitalDealer.jpgToday is the first day of the 20th Digital Dealer Conference & Expo and we are excited to have Hireology CEO, Adam Robinson, speaking at this year’s conference in Orlando, Florida. Adam will be among other industry thought-leaders and innovative minds presenting today, as well as throughout the rest of the event.

Adam will present “People: Your Only Sustainable Competitive Advantage—Learn How People Affect Your Profitability” to conference attendees at 2:30pm ET today. On top of Adam’s presentation, there will be other speakers focusing on what appears to be a common theme in the automotive industry this year: building better teams at dealerships.

The Importance of Hiring & Getting the Right Talent at Your Dealership

According to Digital Dealer’s website, this year’s conference (amongst other topics) will place an emphasis on “using analytics to drive web traffic, expanding automotive industry knowledge among dealership employees, and investigating current leadership/management approaches.”

If you’re unable to make it to this year’s conference, don’t worry. We’re able to fill you in on some of the topics being highlighted at this year’s event, such as:

  • Developing a successful dealership culture
  • Increasing your sales team through better hiring
  • Lowering turnover
  • What makes a good hire?
