Posted by James Patrick Kahler on April 7, 2015

Hireology is excited to be named a 2015 Best Place to Work for millennials and gen X employees by Crain’s Chicago Business. As part of Crain's annual “Best Places to Work” ranking, Hireology took the number two spot for the millennial listing and number five spot for generation X listing this past Sunday.

According to Crain’s Chicago Business, “Of the 188 companies that applied, 100 took part in both the employer and employee survey rounds, and more than 16,000 employees in the Chicago area took the survey.” Crain’s then used their own scoring system to rank the eligible companies from the Chicagoland area.

This is the first time we have cracked the “Best Places to Work” list for millennials and gen X. One reason why we received this honor was because of our successful workplace culture.

"Our success simply would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our team; to that end, we are proud to have built a rewarding work culture that recognizes their contributions and rewards them appropriately," said Adam Robinson, CEO of Hireology.

"It is an honor to be named as a Crain's 'Best Place to Work.' What makes this award even more meaningful is that it was based on the direct feedback of our employees."
