Posted by James Patrick Kahler on November 4, 2015

Hireology is excited to announce that we’ve been recognized in Entrepreneur’s Top Company Culture list for 2015 in the Midsize Companies category. This builds on our 2015 accomplishments, having been included in the Crain’s Chicago list of Best Places to Work and named as the number one talent management technology by HRO Today.

According to Entrepreneur, "Top Company Cultures" recognizes 75 companies that commit “to empowering a high-performance culture” of small, medium and large business sizes. To choose the winners, Entrepreneur “measured 10 areas that are predictive of high-performing cultures and combined the below scores with the employee Net Promoter Score to create a cumulative CultureIQ Score (CIQ), which is what determined the ranking.”

For considered placement on this list, each company’s employees were asked to fill out a questionnaire and submit their answers. The ten areas and answers measured by Entrepreneur included:

  1. Collaboration
  2. Innovation
  3. Agility
  4. Communication
  5. Support
  6. Wellness
  7. Work Environment
  8. Responsibility
  9. Performance Ethics
  10. Mission and Value Alignment

Since our launch in 2010, Hireology has always taken pride in building a culture of success for not only our customers, but also our entire team.

"Our success simply would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our team; to that end, we are proud to have built a rewarding work culture that recognizes their contributions and rewards them appropriately," said Adam Robinson, CEO of Hireology

Growth is exciting and hoped for at most businesses, but it’s nearly impossible to achieve if you don’t have the right people in place. Hireology has been lucky enough to have the type of culture that’s been able to grow (we’ve gone from 30 to 90 employees in 12 months) and develop over the years—without ever compromising our core values. Congratulations to our entire team and to the other winners for creating and maintaining such an amazing workplace cultures!
