So we may be a few days late publishing Fridays in the Lab, but trust us - the delay was worth it. We came across this short interview with Zappos' CEO Tony Hsieh talking about the financial impact bad hires have had the company. Conducted by Business Insider, the interview delves into the hiring process at Zappos and the importance they place on hiring for culture fit, not just skill and ability.
