Hiring a developer? Join the club. No really, hiring software developers has become such a pain that people have resorted to forming clubs and groups! Remember, knowledge is power, and we are here to tell you that if you understand what developers are looking for in a company, you will be raking in the candidates.

Our latest ebook contains 6 sections: How to identify, find, interview, verify, and select a software developer, whether you are a startup or a Fortune 500 company. Hireology interviewed our own Product Development Director, Margot Baill, who has hired three developers, and compiled all of her tactics and tricks into this ebook. Lucky you!

What you will learn:

  • Where to source developers
  • What interview questions to ask
  • Tools you can use to verify developer's skills
  • How to select the right developer
Also interviewed in the book is UrbanBound's Michael Walkden, who is a developer and hires developers. Ready to start hiring great software developers? Download our 20-page guide below.
