If you haven't already heard, the U.S. Department of Labor launched a website dedicated to helping companies hire and train employees. The site, CareerOneStop, has a variety of tools and information to help fulfill hiring needs. 

Let's take a look at the top five bits of information to take away from CareerOneStop:

Addressing one of the most common stuggles hiring managers face, the job description hiring helpsection of CareerOneStop is certainly a helpful tool. By focusing on the information that is generally in job descriptions, this section aims to help companies develop general job descriptions.
