Hireology’s selection management platform ranked amongst some much older and better known industry performers like Kenexa and iCIMS.

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen ratings list compares talent management software providers based solely on client satisfaction surveys and feedback and not by the HRO staff. The ranking was focused on scope of features, market environment (size of the installations the provider typically has with the reviewed suite or product) and quality of service. Additionally, Hireology received the #1 spot in the Quality of Service category, and again fifth overall in the breadth of features category.
