Hireology Special Announcement: Introducing Hireology 2.0

Posted by Margot Baill on February 5, 2013

We have some exciting news to share with you! If you log into your Hireology account, you will notice it got a brand new look! Hireology 2.0 was designed by you, for you. All of the tools you love will still be there; however, we've made them even better and added some amazing new features to the platform.

Resume QuickView

Users no longer have to download each and every candidate resume; now you have the option to use the QuickView™ option. Just open the "Identify" tab and hover your mouse over the resume. This will allow to view resumes without waiting for them to download. It also enables users to scroll between resumes more quickly and easily.

Interview scheduling/email visibility

Good news, you no longer have to make note of any communications you've had with each candidate. Any time you send an email, an interview invitation or skills tests, the Hirelogy platform remembers for you. All you have to do is look under the "Verify" and "Interview" tabs and all that information will be recorded.

Candidate document forwarding

Is there a candidate whose resume or cover letter really stuck out to you? WithHireology 2.0, you can easily send candidate information to non-Hireology users. It is now much easier to collaborate on the hiring decision with those who don't have access to your Hireology account.

We introduced the new design to you back in November and it's finally time to make it live. Thank you to everyone who contributed, please send us any feedback. We're listening! If you are worried about not knowing your way around Hireology, don't worry, we've got you covered.

Below you will find a link to request a users guide complete with screenshots and helpful tips to navigate the site. By following this link you can sign up for an upcoming webinar touring the new design with Hireology's Product Development Director, Margot Nash, or see a previousely recorded webinar.
