Posted by Erin Borgerson on November 30, 2012

In this episode of Fridays in the Lab, Chief Hireologist Adam Robinson brings you part three of the four-part series on hiring great sales talent.

Part three is all about the sales interview. Have they met their sales goals without any support system or have their relied upon a sales support team? Were they the top salesperson in a company of two people or three hundred people? Does their most recent W2 support their claims of an outstanding performance?

Remember, salespeople are a product of their environment, so it's extremely important that you consider that before handing over the offer letter.

Happy Hiring!
