Hireology New Feature: Customize Your SmartRank Survey

Posted by Margot Nash on October 22, 2012

A new feature is a great way to start the week!

Hireology's SmartRank survey has been one of our most coveted pieces of functionality. It gives users a way to narrow down their applicant pool, so that they can spend more time reviewing the best resumes and less time digging through unqualified candidates. After listening to you, our customers, we decided to take this feature a step further.

With our new "Customize your SmartRank Survey" feature, users now have the ability to remove SmartRank statements they don't feel are relevant, create their own True/False questions for candidates to respond to, and develop "knock-out" questions which, if answered incorrectly by a candidate, will knock them out of the running for your job.

The feature is as simple to access as it is to use: Inside Hireology, click Settings, then Interviews, then Edit and customize the survey to your company's hiring process. For example, if you don't want to hire someone who can't work weekends, you won't even see their resume! If you require a college degree or need someone who has a specific certification, the SmartRank survey will do the digging for you. This feature allows YOU to set the bar.

Want to create your own survey? No need to add "knock-out" questions, just add your own T/F statements and they'll get scored just like the rest. The possibilities are endless.

Think you may have a hiring problem? We have the solutions.
