Check Out Your New Job Summary Page!

Posted by Margot Nash on August 5, 2011

If you haven't already noticed, there have been some pretty fantastic updates to your Hireology account over the last week. Not only do you now have SmartRank, the new auto-ranking tool for sifting through your applicant pool, but you also now have a brand new Job Summary Page! New Job Summary page resized 600

On the new Job summary page (otherwise known as the Jobs tab), you will see a new information box next to each job. This box gives you quick and easy access to an overview of all things related to your job. Now, just by glancing at this page, you will see:

  • The number of new candidates who have applied to each job
  • The number of candidates who are active/being considered for each job
  • All your job descriptions, housed inside the PDF icons
  • Every job's Job Link, which takes you to right to your job as it is listed on your career site

Before this week, users had to navigate into a job detail page in order to find any of this information. In addition, they had to click into a job to see if the job's status was still "Pending" or if it had been set to "Open". On the new Job Summary page, however, we've added a Pending Jobs section. This means that at any time, users will know how many jobs are truly "open" in their account, and can plan accordingly.

Stay tuned for more fantastic updates to your Hireology account. Remember: we are only as good as the input we get from our customers. So, let us know your thoughts/suggestions as we take these baby steps together towards our ultimate goal of being the easiest-to-use interview management tool out there.

Before you start interviewing candidates, make sure you brush up on your interview skills and avoid these common mistakes!
