For the third consecutive year, Hireology is thrilled to be named number one overall in HRO Today magazine’s 2016 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction ranking for Talent Management Technology.This is also the fourth straight year that Hireology has earned the number one spot in the “Quality of Service” category.
According to HRO Today, the “Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services” and “once collected, response data is loaded into the HRO Today database for analysis and to score each provider that has a statistically significant sample.” The survey analyzes each provider on service breadth, deal sizes and quality of service. For this year’s survey, HRO Today required every provider to have at least eight responses from four different companies.
Hireology considers this award to be an enormous accomplishment. While it’s the third year in a row for winning the award, Hireology’s CEO Adam Robinson remains focused on providing uninterrupted customer satisfaction:
